The transformative power of Stacy and Lisa, along with the impact of this retreat has been a positively life-altering experience and I will back for the next one! I had recently experienced a relationship breakdown and was feeling extremely burnt out and overwhelmed with life and work and needed to work through my grief. I needed more than just a yoga retreat, and stumbled upon the self-love and confidence retreat - which I kept being drawn back to! After a warm and reassuring call with Stacy and Lisa, I stepped out of my comfort zone and booked. The location, the program, and the women involved were all incredible and I felt supported, cherished, and empowered throughout. The program facilitated a level of healing I had never encountered before, with incredible therapists and a wonderful chef keeping us fed with delicious food!
